If you are experiencing a problem with your website or blog and are in need of support please submit a ticket by filling out the form below and we will be sure to handle your request as soon as possible.

If this is an emergency you will still need to submit a ticket, but then please call our support line at 480.652.7414.

Eggleston Business Development and its subsidiary, Blogging For Business 101 have recently changed their terms and conditions for their technical support services. Effective immediately.

At anytime you ‘The Client’ contacts us ‘The Company’ for any tech support issue and you do not have a technical support package, you will be subject to our hourly rate of $85.00 which is billed in half hour increments.

Approved method for requesting Tech Support

In order for your tech support issues to be addressed in an officiant and timely manner, it is REQUIRED that you submit a ticket via our website at blog4biz101.com. No longer will emails or phone calls be sufficient to handle your request. We can not guarantee that your request will be addressed unless you follow these procedures.

Technical support issues include, but are not limited to, all of the following:

  • Changes to any website/blog content
  • Additions to an websites/blogs
  • Websites/blogs that have any sort of bug or technical problems
  • Upgrading software and plugins for WordPress users
  • Installing new software or plugins for WordPress users
  • Backing up databases (if we are your hosting provider then your site is backed-up weekly as part of your hosting service)
  • Managing domain names
  • Managing hosting accounts privately held by the client
  • Transferring content between sites

*And just encase there is something we missed, we reserve the right to add to or change this list at anytime.

The changes in these terms are in effect as of April 1st 2009. We are operating under the assumption that you have read these terms, understand and agree to them. Therefore, if at anytime you contact us requesting tech support, and a confirmation that you agree to these terms is not made, you will still be responsible for any charges that are billed to you for the requested services.

All invoices must be PAID WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving them. Invoice must be paid via Pay Pal with credit/debit cards, checks and cash are not excepted.

Note: Please be sure to include any login information that might be required to handle your ticket.
