Yes, you will need a submit button on each page…this will keep the user moving from page to page of the form…I would use something like this on every page except the last page, just changing the value field…

Ok so this wont let me display the code for you in actual display, so I will write it long hand for you..

inside of < label >< /label > tags create a < input > tag like this at the end of your form inside of your < /form > tag.

< input name="end-form-one" id="button2" value="Continue" type="submit" >

When setting up the multi-page form, did you put a submit button on each page?
